In Danish Mission Hospital a bed costs only 2 US Dollars, per day to maintain.

You decide on how many beds and for how many days you want to sponsor. The choice is entirely yours. The Hospital is a 140 beds Institution.

When you sponsor a bed a poor patient gets hospitalisation free of cost and does not have to pay for occupying a bed. You would have paid for his/her bed charges. She/he will be able to get hospital treatment which otherwise would have been expensive for her/him.

This is Project Health India.

Project Health India is a 7 point program and you can choose to support any one of these programs. You can:-

a.   Sponsor a bed.

b.   Sponsor a program, for example, an eye camp or a diabetic screening camp

c.   Sponsor the purchase of medical equipment

d.   Volunteer your services to the Hospital for a fixed period - you do not have to be only a medical professional for that

e.   Support our School of Nursing Infrastructure Program

f.   Sponsor the creation of an artificial limb centre

g.  Help start an English Medium Nursery School for our staff children.
